Forest Growing and Management

Are you tired of Job Searching and discovering you haven’t got enough skills for the jobs that you want? This course has been running successfully since 2002 in various formats. The course is structured to suit people wanting to gather skills to enable them to apply for employment across a large choice of industries.

Feedback consistently reinforces that the course content is what potential employers are looking for when choosing a new employee to join their team.

Potential employment pathways include:

  • Civil Construction
  • Parks maintenance
  • Local Shires
  • Plantation maintenance
  • Landscaping
  • Roadside maintenance
  • Builders, electricians, plumbers, concreters (small machinery trenching-levelling)
  • Mining

We have an amazing site which is almost 300 acres of old plantation that needs cleaning up and an on-site gravel quarry. This means that you will be digging, trenching, pushing, heaping and road building in a real worksite environment.

You will be “work ready” and your new employer will be impressed with your high level of operating skills and knowledge of workplace safety requirements.

Contact us to discuss the options that are available to get you started on the path to employment.

Full Qualifications may be funded using Victorian and Commonwealth Funding for eligible individuals so fees are drastically reduced.
